Tiara M. Jones is a licensed cosmetologist, makeup artist, and wig designer from Alexandria, Virginia. Her professional work has been seen at The Santa Fe Opera, The Carnegie, The Glimmerglass Opera Festival, The Cincinnati Opera, New York Fashion Week, as well as the University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music (CCM), where she obtained her MFA degree in Make-up and Wig Design. She also received her Bachelor of Science degree in apparel design with a minor in architectural studies from UC’s College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning (DAAP). Her recent design work includes: Lady Day at Emerson’s Bar and Grill, She Loves Me, Sunday in the Park with George, Fellow Travelers, Once on This Island and much more. Tiara plans to relocate to New York City and continue working in Theater, Opera, Film and the Television Industry. Tiara is also the 2024 United States Institute of Theater Technology National Makeup Design Winner sponsored by Kryolan Professional Make-up.
